Our Story
Prime Living Home Services was founded on more than 40 years of experience spanning residential and commercial construction, technology solutions, business leadership, and client service. Led by Jim Ceriello, founder and licensed home inspector, Prime Living Home Services was built on a foundation of professionalism, attention to detail, and operational excellence, bringing a higher level of insight and customer experience to the home inspection industry.
Jim's background includes construction management, operations leadership, corporate and small business ownership, and client relationship management. Jim also served six years in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Seabee Construction Electrician, assigned to a Naval Mobile Construction Battalion. This diverse experience provides a practical understanding of how homes are built, how systems perform over time, and the importance of clear communication throughout the inspection process.
